I had a &#8220;ball&#8221; of intensely flavoured consomm\u00e9e served in a spoon at <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.limestonehills.co.nz\/two-meals\/\">Manairo<\/a> in Barcelona before Christmas, but Rob at HinH has deconstructed the orginal El Bulli technique, and then reconstructed it in his own kitchen.
