The Olive Book is a guide to growing olives in Australia and New Zealand. It was first published by Canterbury University Press in 1999, and became an important reference work for the new generation of southern hemisphere olive growers. It is currently out of print, but Gareth is considering releasing an e-book edition of the original text.
